The People's Mandate.
Is this evidence enough to Secede from the Parliament?
**
Why should members of the House of Representatives and Senators spend so much time with Committees within Parliament House and not with the People of each of their electorates?
.
All Legislation shall be a proposal put to the People by way of public meetings in each of their individual electorates to achieve a 51% acceptance in each electorate.
.
If the People are not interested in politics then do we need a Parliament?
We have a Centralized Federal Parliament, a Centralized State and Territory Parliament, a Centralized Local Government, the continual media coverage of the preferred two party system and added to this;
All Political Parties pre-select and endorse their candidates, they also pre-select from these elected Candidates who become the Prime Minister and or Leader of the Opposition.
Conflicts with the Australian Constitution which states,
all Candidates shall be directly chosen by the People.
.
The People are the electors, the People are the power. If the People were to unite and pool their knowledge on a national basis would give the Parliament the confidence to come to the People.
.
The Parliament of the United Kingdom gave Australia it's Independence by the Statute of Westminster Act 1931 and no referendum has ever been held to ask the People;
Do you wish to keep the existing Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1900 UK?
Suggests that Australia has no Constitution.
.
The King or Queen are subject to the Parliament of the United Kingdom. This indicates that the  King or Queen have no Executive Authority in or over Australia, this is evident in the Letters Patent and Commission documents where; the Queen does not sign under the text of these documents. --- Chapter II. Section 61, The Executive Government;
The executive power of the Commonwealth is vested in the Queen and is
exercisable by the Governor General as the Queen's representative.
If the Queen does not support the Governor General means we have no Governor General.
And as the Governor General is the corner stone of the Australian Federal and State Parliaments means, we have no Executive Government or Parliament.
.
Parliament has introduced legislation that in effect has closed small business and farmers are leaving the farming industry.
Added to this the members of Parliament have travelled overseas and signed agreements with Ministers of foreign governments, this is in conflict with Chapter one, Section 44 (i) which states;
44. Any person who--
(i. ) Is under any acknowledgment of allegiance, obedience, or adherence
to a foreign power:
shall be incapable of being chosen or of sitting as a senator or a member of the House
of Representatives. --- Chapter one, Section 46, which states;
.
Any person declared by this Constitution to be incapable of sitting as a senator or as a member of the House of Representatives shall, for every day on which he so sits, be liable to pay the sum of one hundred pounds to any person who sues for it in any court of competent jurisdiction.
