Calling all People, Families, Farmers, Businesses
and Workers.

The existing financial system; All taxation, loans, mortgages
and interest payments,
Local Government by laws, all Federal and State legislation
and regulation costs,
are a financial burden on all Families, Farmers and Businesses.
Causing most businesses to move from Australia to other
countries that do not
have these financial burdens and putting workers out
of work in Australia.
The costs are also the cause of corruption and other
crimes, against the community.

Constitution Act 1900 UK Chapter 1 and 2.
Section 1. The legislative power of the Commonwealth shall be vested
in a Federal
Parliament, which shall consist of the Queen (Governor General),
a Senate, and a
House of Representatives, and which is herein-after called "The
Parliament,"
Existing Political Party System of Government and
Parliament and Prime Minister is not Constitutional.

Section 61. The executive power of the Commonwealth is vested in
the Queen and is
exercisable by the Governor-General as the Queen's representative,
and extends to the
execution and maintenance of this Constitution, and of the laws
of the Commonwealth.
Political parties have made Governor General a
Titular position meaning an office of no
Authority and replaced with Prime Minister;
is in contempt of the Constitution.

The People's Mandate Plan to Secede from
Political Party System of Government and Parliament.

Referendum for a Constitutional Government and Parliament.
The Queen or the Governor-General shall dissolve the
House of Representatives and
the Senate simultaneously, and shall submit the 5 basic
Initiatives to the electors in
each State and Territory qualified to vote for election
of House of Representatives.

Referendum of the People of Australia which shall consist
of the 5 basic Initiatives;
1). Draft proposal of the Commonwealth
of Australia Constitution.
2). All Laws that are attached to
Chapter Three of the Draft and;
3). Head of State of Australia chosen
by Referendum of the People.
4). Treasury Scrip issued by the Parliament
to create money.
5). The No Tax, No Loan and No Interest
Initiative using Treasury Scrip.
and instal a Constitutional Government and Parliament.

Governor General shall send letters to all the People
to appoint their Candidate. This would not require an Election as the Candidates
would be reponsible for contacting the Living Souls (People) to sign the
Nomination Form.

This is consistent with Sections 7 and 24 of the Commonwealth
of Australia Constitution Act 1900.
The only Constitutional Member of Parliament and Senator
is the Independent Candidate because;
That Candidate has at least 50 Living Souls (People)
in that Electorate who each have their Name, Address and Signatures, on
the Nomination Form to do their Will. Nomination means; to appoint.

If Independent Candidates require more then 50 People;
Can have only one Nomination Form, the other to copy the Names, Addresses
and Signatures Section only and once all copies have been completed, pin
that to the original Nomination Form with the minimum of 50 Names, Addresses
and Signatures and submit that to the AEC.

The Candidates shall support the People to form a Constitutional
Parliament that shall; create a new Financial System that will issue Treasury
Scrip to instruct the Reserve Bank to issue new notes and coins for all
Parliament, and all Infrastructure, and all Public use.
Shall abolish all taxation, all insurance, loans and
interest expense, all legislation and regulation costs.
All legislation shall be available free of all costs
to the public and all businesses.

who wishes to become part of the new
Australian Constitution, Government and Parliament and,
People from 20 to 50 years of age please support by nominating
