(i. ) Is under any acknowledgment of allegiance, obedience, or adherence to a
foreign power, or is a subject or a citizen or entitled to the rights or privileges
of a subject or citizen of a foreign power:

agreement, with the Public Service of the Commonwealth otherwise than as a
member and in common with the other members of an incorporated company
consisting of more than twenty-five persons:
shall be incapable of being chosen or of sitting, as a
senator or a member of the House of Representatives.

(compared) as a member and in common with the other members of an
incorporated company consisting of more than twentyfive persons.

No Referendum, subject to Section 128, to alter the Constitution, has been
held for the Living Souls to vote for the; Commonwealth of Australia as a
Corporation. If the Commonwealth of Australia is a Corporation then the
Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act is null and void and also means
that Australia has not a Constitutional Government and Parliament and all
Legislation is not binding on the Living Souls, the residents, on this land,
this Country, under the name of the Commonwealth of Australia Corporation.
