Political
Parties are not Electorates;
.
Difference
between political parties and Independent Candidates
using
Nomination
Form in directly choosing candidates is that;
.
Political
Parties and the United Nations are Non-Government Organisations,
are
not Electorates and have no Legislative power. Have now become the
central
power over all Federal and State Government and Parliament.
.
AEC Political Party Registered
Officer the intermediary;
The registered officer is also the person who
can sign nomination forms to endorse candidates at
House of Representatives and Senate elections
and request that the party's registered name or
abbreviation be shown on ballot papers next to
the name of the party's endorsed candidates.
Candidates are representatives of and directly
chosen by the party, not by the People.
.
AEC Political Party Agent the intertmediate
agent;
The party must appoint an agent whose name and
address is entered on the AEC’s Register of
Party Agents. The agent is responsible for lodging
the party’s financial disclosure returns and is the
person to whom payments of election funding will
be made. An agent must be appointed for a party’s
national organisation and for each State or Territory
branch, including unregistered branches.
.
Political
parties are intermediary because, they are between the People and
the
Candidate. This is not consistent with Sections 7 and 24 of the,
Commonwealth
of Australia Constitution Act 1900.
.
Each
individual political party preselects from it's members, the candidates,
who
are then nominated and endorsed, by the party, to stand for election.
.
Using
Nomination Form
The only
Constitutional Member of Parliament and Senator
is
the Independent Candidate because;
That
Candidate, directly chosen by the people, has at least 50 Living Souls
(People)
in that Electorate who each have their
Name,
Address and Signatures, on the Nomination Form to do their Will.
Nomination
means; to appoint. This is consistent with Sections 7 and 24 of
the,
Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1900.
.
If Independent Candidates
require more then 50 People, may include the total
Electorate which may include
80,000 electors.
80,000 divided by 50, equals
1,600 pages, to be copied.
Can have only one Nomination
Form with the Candidates personal information
but, before completing the
information required shall copy the page of the
Names, Addresses and Signatures
Section only and once all Electors Names,
Addresses and Signatures
have been completed, pin that to the original
Nomination Form and submit
all, to the AEC.
.
The AEC has not
the time to check more than 50 Names, Addresses and Signatures of
each and all Candidates,
for this reason the Candidate may take all copies to nearest
AEC office to personally
check, if the names are correct and living in the Electorate.
